Abstract Submission

All Students and Postdoctoral Fellows are expected to submit an abstract.

Online Abstract submission opens on July 31, 2019 and closes on October 22, 2019.

Please complete your registration via the Conference Registration portal, and your Abstract Submission via the online form below.

Submission Guidelines

  • Selected abstracts will be chosen for oral presentations by the Scientific Program Committee.
  • Abstracts cannot contain more than 300 words and should include text only, no images, figures or tables.
  • Abstracts should contain a concise title, be informative and list authors and their affiliations. The presenting author must be underlined.
  • The presenting author must register for the conference.

Terms and Conditions

It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure that the material presented at the conference does not violate copyright laws. Submission of an abstract implies that the authors give their consent to publication of the abstract (authors’ names and affiliations plus abstract text) in the conference material, including (but not limited to): the conference program book and the conference website.

The 15th Indo-Australian Biotechnology Conference will feature two poster sessions in the program.

A condition of participation in the conference is to treat all data presented as strictly confidential (and not be reproduced in any way or posted on social media) to encourage presentation and discussion of unpublished data.

ABSTRACT

Include a brief introduction, statement of hypothesis and or specific aim(s), essential/novel methods, key finding and succinct conclusions/implications. Do not include figures or tables. References are optional.
